Consultancy Services to Lead the Development of a Program Logic for the Summary Crime Program, Victoria Legal Aid

⁠⁠⁠Victoria Legal Aid are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified consultant(s) to lead the development of a program logic model for the Summary Crime Program (SCP).

The consultancy is to be delivered using a participatory model that involves supporting the Summary Crime Manager and the Better Justice Everyday Project Manager to consult and engage widely with staff, clients and other key stakeholders - both internal and external. The consultant(s) will be responsible for leading some of the consultations, developing materials to support the SCP Managers to lead further consultations, and to compile and translate these findings into a robust, clear and useful program logic model.
