Expressions of Interest - Provision of Catering and Bar for Australia Day Celebrations

⁠⁠⁠McKinlay Shire Council is calling for Expressions of Interest from local Community Groups to provide catering and to run the bar at the Julia Creek Combined Sporting Association (CSA) on Saturday 26th January 2019.

Catering
We require the group to cook the BBQ and to prepare and serve the salads and accompaniments. Council will pay for the meat for the BBQ and contribute $750 for the cost of the salad etc. The BBQ is free for attendees.

Bar
The successful organisation will be required to obtain a Liquor License and a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate will be required by at least one member of the organisation. All profits made from the bar will go to the successful organisation. A fair draw will award the group upon multiple applicants. The organisation is required to supply council with a copy of the Liquor License and RSA certificate.
