Request for Expressions of Interest - Lease of 8933 New England Hwy, Tenterfield and Lot 1 DP 390201

⁠⁠⁠Calling for expressions of interest for the 2 year Grazing Lease of 8933 New England Highway, Tenterfield, (21.21 hectares) and 3 year Grazing Lease Lot 1 DP 390204, adjacent Treatment Works, Tenterfield (23 hectares).

Expressions of interest must be submitted via email to Council’s email address: council@tenterfield.nsw.gov.au (link sends e-mail) prior to the closing time of 5.00pm on 19 December 2018.

The successful Lessee will be responsible for the following, but not limited to: rent, fence maintenance, weed control and public liability insurance.
