The property is a small 2 room cottage (approximate area: 100m2) with kitchen and bathroom. There is a small courtyard at the rear.

The Lease will be for 3 years. The successful Lessee will be responsible for but not limited to: rent, ground maintenance and outgoings. Please indicate the amount you consider appropriate as market rent.
