The site was constructed as a paper manufacturing facility in 1969. Those manufacturing operations were closed in March 2010. The site land area measures 56.11 hectares approx. or 561,100 m2 approx. and is zoned General Industrial under the Latrobe Interim Planning Scheme 2013.
