Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for its' Customer Digital Experience & Design Research.

The tenderer will be required to research and understand the City's customer needs and behaviours in relation to Customer Service related enquiries and transactions.

The findings from this research will result in
* A brief for the development of and design of our on-line environment (the reconceptualization);
* An actionable prioritised roadmap of services and transactions for our next stage of digital delivery;
* Informing our future state service model.

Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.

Tenders close at 11AM AEST on Friday, 18 January 2019 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
