Tender Description

Contractor’s base scope is to provide on-site surveying services to Company for the initial phase of the Clean TeQ Sunrise Project. The work consists of mobilising and demobilising all of the necessary plant, equipment and labour required to execute the works. There are currently no camp or facilities on the project site so Contractor will be required to be self-reliant with their own provisions during the initial phase of the Project.

Contractor will be required to provide Surveying services to Company on an as required basis subject to advanced notice by Company. Contractor will be responsible for sourcing the required information (lot boundaries, NSW state permanent survey marks, etc.) with support of Company where appropriate.

Contractor shall be a Registered Surveyor in accordance with the New South Wales Surveying Act 2002.

Contractor may also indicate in their documentation if they are a Registered Mining Surveyor in accordance with the New South Wales Surveying Act 2002.

Contractors primary activities associated with the first phase of the project will be to survey, mark out or
record:
* Property boundaries and fence lines
* Places of Environmental Significance under the Projects Development Consent
* Places of Aboriginal and European Significance under the Development Consent
* Establish Project Marker’s on the Project Site for setting out the works
* Ad-hoc checking and ‘as-built’ verification of the works completed by Company or Company’s
“Other Contractors” as needed (e.g. Construction of the Camp, Roads, Water Pipeline, etc.). Note: Company’s “Other Contractors” will be primarily responsible for conducting their own Surveying activities in order to execute their works.
* Assisting Company with establishing and marking out the extent of Vegetation Clearing, Revegetation Planting, Positioning the Telecommunications Tower, etc.)
* Work with Company’s GIS team to digitise Contractor’s Surveying results etc.

Contractor will be required to complete and tabulate Survey results in a format suitable for storage Company’s GIS software, Document Management System and/or Manufactures Data Report (MDR).

It is anticipated Contractors work will involve ad-hoc surveying support over a period of 8 months during the initial phase of the project.
