City of Launceston is seeking submissions from suitably qualified contractors to form a Panel of Suppliers to be utilised in a flexible capacity for the periodic supply of Gravel Sand and Aggregates for minor works only. Tenderers may complete one or more items on the schedule as appropriate. It is envisaged that there will be more than one supplier for these materials. Please note that no guarantee will be given on quantities purchased.

This Tender is for regular maintenance requirements and can exclude special project requirements and sustainable products that become available during the period of the contract.

Once the Panel of Suppliers is determined, the actual selection of the specific supplier for each item of supply will be in accord with the "Allocation of Work Criteria" This tender document covers the Periodic Supply of Gravel, Sand and Aggregates for the period of 2 Years with an option for the City of Launceston to offer an extension of up to an additional 2 years at their sole discretion
