LG8019 The Contract is for the provision of supervision, labour, equipment and any other resources necessary to carry out the work required by qualified consultant to undertake the design and documentation of the new Gladstone WWTP Distribution Chamber and Process Water Reservoir.
The engagement of the Contractor by the Client to undertake the services is not an exclusive engagement and the Client is free to engage other Contractors to provide the services. The services must be available at adequate levels to support scheduled and emergent requirements of Project.
The Services shall be planned and/or ad hoc as directed by the Client in writing by authorised personnel/work order.
