Tender Description
Gladstone Regional Council (GRC) hereby invites quotations to engage a Consultant to prepare options and concept designs/costings for a Harbour Arbour in Goondoon Street, Gladstone.
The Consultancy will be undertaken in two phases. Phase 1 is to present Visual Illustrations and the Consultant’s vision to Council. The vision/ options are to be based on a three tier approach as follows:-
Following the completion of Phase 1, Phase 2 will proceed, being the preparation of concept designs and costings.
