Expression of Interest - Lease of Coffee Shop

⁠⁠⁠Council is calling for Expressions of Interest from persons interested in leasing the coffee shop (Coffee on Dowling) located in the Echidna Place complex in Thargomindah. It is anticipated that the lease will commence after 1 January but prior to 2 February 2019.

Hours of operation will be determined by the operator in conjunction with Council, with maximum use of facility envisaged during tourism season.

Council asks that interested persons include proposed hours of operation and menu with the Expression of Interest.

Interested parties should register their interest, including contact details and any relevant experience, in writing, to the Bulloo Shire Council Administration Office, 68 Dowling Street, Thargomindah QLD 4492 no later than 5:00pm on Wednesday 12 December 2018.
