Purchase and Development of Commercial Lots Tambo

Expressions of interest close 4.00pm, Friday 14th December 2018.
Developers will be required to detail their proposed development of the site(s).
Council may require a refundable bond or bank guarantee to ensure development occurs after land is transferred in a timely manner.
Entry via Arthur Street or Barcoo Street may require consent of Transport and Main Roads.
Both lots have full services available.
Expressions should specify whether one or both blocks are required for the development.
Developments may require a development approval depending on the activity being proposed.
Current general rates applied will be based on valuation as set by the Office of the Valuer General.
Service Charges for water, rubbish and sewerage will be dependent on services used or minimum charges. Emergency management charges are set by the State.
General Rate estimate:
L2 $700.00 pa
L806 $700.00 pa
Purchase prices will be negotiated by Council after independent valuation of the lots.
