(Chinchilla Aerodrome is a registered ALA (aircraft landing area) airport located in the southern corner of Chinchilla. The site encompasses 99.411Ha and is a Reserve for Landing Ground for Aircraft which Western Downs Regional Council is trustee for the land. Leases P and Q are vacant undeveloped site located at the airport which Council is offering for lease).

Submissions must be received by 2.30pm Thursday 20 December 2018. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.

Council may invite tenderers to change their offers in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
