The Valuer-General requires a scalable, integrated valuation system with functionality to calculate, store and maintain all statutory valuations in accordance with the Act and the Valuation Best Practice Specification Guidelines (VBPSG). It is a core requirement that the system can support valuation industry methodologies. The requirements of the valuation system include the valuation calculations and a suite of statistical, mapping and data reporting. It is also required to achieve the output requirements as per the VBPSG for each stage of the valuation.
