Sale of Used Plant - Unit 1013 - Nissan X-Trail ST Wagon T31 Auto

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for offers to purchase the following item of used plant from the Flinders Shire Council’s fleet.

Used plant and equipment is sold by the Flinders Shire Council in an “as is” condition and will be de-registered at the time of handover to the successful tenderer.

Tenderers shall be solely responsible for making an assessment of the condition of the plant and equipment at the time of tender. Reasonable access to the service and maintenance records of the plant and equipment will be given by the Flinders Shire Council during working hours and by prior arrangement with the Fleet Manager, Ken Blakoe on 07 4741 2591 – Mobile 0438 189 524.

All inspections of plant or equipment shall be undertaken during working hours and by prior arrangement with the Works Manager, Gavin Dennis, telephone 07 4741 2959 - Mobile 0428 411 637 or Fleet Manager, Ken Blakoe on 07 4741 2591 – Mobile 0438 189 524.

Plant and equipment is sold on the condition that it will continue to be used by the Flinders Shire Council until the replacement plant has been delivered, and as such, the condition of the plant and equipment may be different from when the tender was submitted.
