The tender objective is to engage a panel of three (3) suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake stormwater pipe condition survey in a selected number of pipes throughout Ku-ring-gai Council's local government areas for a one(1) year period with a possible extension of two (2) one(1) year extensions (maximum 3 years).

The contractors are to determine and report the structural and service conditions of the stormwater conduits surveyed. The surveys shall be conducted in accordance with relevant Codes and Standards and in particular with the latest version of the Conduit Inspection Reporting Code of Australia (CIRCA) WSA 05-2013.

The contract is based on a schedule of rate for approved work issue by Council's operational managers/officers.

There will be no Pre tender site meeting. The site is a public space and open for inspections any reasonable time.
