Tender for Replacement of Chillers Orange Civic Theatre

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited by Orange City Council from suitably qualified contractors for the replacement of two (2) chillers located at the Civic Theatre, Orange.

The existing HVAC plant consists of York and Carrier scroll chillers with roof mounted condensers. Its programmed renewal is intended to both improve HVAC operating efficiency and support the recent Building Management System (BMS) upgrade.

The general works to be undertaken will consist of;
Removal of the existing chillers, pumps, remote condenser decks and other ancillary items.
Construction of a platform to accommodate the new chillers
Replacement of roof sheeting in area surrounding and under the new platform.
Supply and installation of new chillers, pumps, variable speed drives, flow meters and all other ancillary items required for operation.
All required electrical works to support decommissioning and removal of existing chillers and the installation and commissioning of new chillers.
All required plumbing works to support decommissioning and removal of existing chillers and the installation and commissioning of new chillers.
All required building works to support decommissioning and removal of existing chillers and the installation and commissioning of new chillers.
Plant commissioning and integration into existing Building Management System (BMS).

It is anticipated the works will commence by 22 April 2019 with completion no later than 3rd May 2019
