The Council of the City of Sydney ("Council") invites tenders for carrying out of management of community tennis services in accordance with this request for tender. Council is looking for an experienced organisation/s or company/ies to manage and operate outdoor community tennis facilities, as well as receiving a revenue return for the courts. The City is looking for a Delivery Partner for the ongoing management of our community tennis facilities to ensure Good Industry Practice management and service delivery that maximizes opportunities for all members of the community to access the Facilities.

This Tender provides an exciting opportunity for Tenderers' to explore innovative proposals to increase participation by target groups through pricing, marketing, creative programming and outreach activities. The Facilities are divided into two groups:

Package A comprising:
* Alexandria Park Tennis Courts, Alexandria
* Beaconsfield Park Tennis Courts, Beaconsfield
* Prince Alfred Park Tennis Courts, including Coronation Centre, Surry Hills
* St James Park Tennis Courts, Glebe
* Turruwul Park Tennis Courts, Rosebery.

Package B comprising:
* Rushcutters Bay Park Tennis Courts and Kiosk, Rushcutters Bay.

A Tenderer may submit a complying Tender for Package A or Package B or both packages. The City may, in its absolute discretion:
1. Appoint a single Delivery Partner to perform services for Package A and Package B;
2. Appoint separate Delivery Partner's to perform the services for Package A and Package B; or
3. Not appoint any Delivery Partner as a result of this Tender process.

SITE VISIT: A tender briefing will be held on Tuesday 27 November 2018 at 11.30am. Tenderers' are to register their attendance in writing to the Contact Person listed below no later than 5.00pm on Monday 26 November 2018.
