Scope of work
The Contractor will be required to supply all materials, machinery, labour, expertise and equipment for the following works:
* complete refurbishment of the male ablutions;
* conversion/ refurbishment of the existing single female ablutions into a unisex ambulant toilet with shower;
* refurbishment of the existing crib room and wash room;
* replacement of all drainage plumbing from the ablutions to the main sewer;
* supply of suitable temperary ablutions and crib rooms.
