Energy Queensland is seeking an economical Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) solution to principally replace the Energex legacy in-house designed and built Substation Automation System (SAS) equipment including the PC-SACS (RTU) and SICM2B (distributed I/O device).
The scope of this request for tender is the spply and delivery of Materials as specified to meet the technical and delivery requirements for the next generation of substation automation system equipment for use in the Principal’s new and retrofit applications.
Proposed contract commencement date is 1 August 2019 for a period of 5 years. There are also 2 x 12 month extension options at EQL's discretion.
Shortlisted Tenderers may be offered a one-day workshop to demonstrate their sample. This workshop is optional and will only be used if it is determined beneficial during the evaluation phase.
