On behalf of Queensland Government, Queensland Government Procurement within the Department of Housing and Public Works, (HPW) is issuing an Invitation to Offer (ITO) to establish a single whole of Government Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of Professional Services to the Queensland Government and eligible Customers.

The ITO is for the provision of whole of Government Professional Services and is being released in five tranches as follows:
Tranche 1 – Finance, Audit and Economic Services;
Tranche 2 – Human Resource Services;
Tranche 3 – Management and Policy Services;
Tranche 4 – Procurement and Probity Services; and
Tranche 5 - Agile Project/Program Management (Consultancy) Services

This ITO relates to the provision of Services under Tranche 5 only.

Supplier Briefing
 A Supplier Briefing will be held on Thursday 22 November 2018 commencing at 3.00pm in Brisbane AEST (please refer to Invitation to Offer - Section 9).
To RSVP, please indicate/register your intent to attend this briefing by Tuesday 20 November 2018 via email: QGPStrategicSourcing@hpw.qld.gov.au. Registration is limited to one (1) attendee per organisation.

If you are unable to attend, the presentation, questions and answers will be posted on the QTenders’ website soon after the briefing.

Questions / information / clarifications sent through other forms of communication may not be addressed. The closing date and time for clarification questions is 10:00am, Wednesday 5 December 2018.
