Expression of Interest - Rural Licence Agreement - Agistment Only

⁠⁠⁠Bathurst Regional Council has available for a rural licence a 20 ha (approx.) rural block located along Freemantle Road, Eglinton. The licence term will be 12 months with a 12 month option (at Council’s Discretion). A map outlining the area available for licence can be collected from Council’s Property Section located on the ground floor of the Civic Centre or downloaded below.

A bond deposit of $1,000 will be payable and held in Council’s trust during the term of the licence. A Public Liability Insurance Policy of $20 million over the area will also be required.

Approved maximum stocking rates of either 10 Horses or 8 cows or 40 sheep.

Please submit your Expression of Interest quoting No. 22.02055 in a sealed and marked envelope “Expression of Interest – 44 Freemantle Road” by 4.00 pm on Tuesday 4 December 2018 in the Quotation Box located on the ground floor at Council’s Civic Centre.

Please include any previous renting history and proposed license payment GST inclusive.

The lobbying or liaison with Councillors prior to the consideration of expressions of interest by Council will lead to the rejection of the offending expression.
