Tender Description
The Mount Barker District Council (the Council) invites Tenders from suitably qualified Contractors for the provision of civil construction services (including but not limited to; kerbing, drainage, guard rails, unbound pavements and minor civil works) associated with the rehabilitation of approximately 550m of Springs Road Mount Barker (the Works).
The Council will enter into a Lump Sum contract with the successful Tenderer.
The successful Tenderer will be required to program and carry out works in conjunction with Council’s asphalt contractor who will be engaged separately to this contract.
A site briefing will be held at Springs Road, Mount Barker commencing at 8.00am on Thursday 15 November 2018. Due to the proposed separate engagements for the civil and asphalt components attendance is recommended however attendance is not a mandatory requirement of this RFT.
