Bunjil Place - Level 1 & 2 Hub Refurbishment

⁠⁠⁠The project is located at 2 Patrick Northeast drive, Narre warren VIC 3805

Works to include but not be limited to the following for both kitchens level 1 and 2:

Demolition of existing kitchen hub service islands and pre fabrication of a new island, adjustment to existing kitchen bench islands, replacement of existing microwaves throughout "including ground floor hub", additional appliances, replacement of existing vinyl flooring, demolition of existing bulk head; extension of existing ceiling and fire rated ceiling, replacement of existing kitchen sinks with new ones with drainers, water tap to remain as is, replacement of existing HWU tap location and replacement of it's riser to adjust its height, provision of new under counter bins for landfill, recycle and organic waste, provision of 5L plastic under counter tea bag bin, re-polish existing stone benchtops, new GPO's as documented

Please do not attempt to embed these documents into the rest of your response. If the Tender Form and Pricing schedule are not received your tender submission will be deemed to be non-conforming.**

We highly recommend that Suppliers allow at least an hour to lodge their submission in case they should have any difficulties. If all documents are not uploaded by 3pm your tender will be deemed Non- Conforming.
