Tender Description
The Byron Bay area has been growing significantly over the past decade with infrastructure within the town requiring upgrading. To help promote community and tourist utilisation of Railway Park and provide a more family friendly environment, the park is now being upgraded. Stage 1 of the Railway Park upgrade has already been completed which included upgrading the north eastern corner of the park to include new paving, seating, planting and lighting.
Stage 2 upgrade works, which is the remainder of the park, includes the following key elements:

* Furniture and Fixtures
* Play Equipment
* Lighting
* Custom Timber Seat and Boardwalk
