Kingborough Council invites fixed-price Lump Sum tenders from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary to undertake the construction of new public amenities at 25A Osborne Esplanade, Kingston Beach, and the subsequent demolition of the existing structure, together with associated landscaping and civil works.
