Tender Description
A Master-plan has recently been prepared for the redevelopment of Surf Beach Holiday Park. This plan proposes the reconfiguration of sites in the central precinct, the formalization of the existing road network and the reconfiguration of existing sites and roads in the eastern precinct. Detailed civil works and electrical upgrade plans have been prepared to facilitate the redevelopment.
Kiama Municipal Council is the corporate manager of the Crown Reserve on which Surf Beach Holiday Park is located, pursuant to section 92 (1) of the Crown Lands Act 1989. The proprietor and client for this contract will be Kiama Municipal Council.
