Scope of work
The Contractor will be required to replace 12 vibrating screen's worth of condition monitoring instrumentation elements plus all associated cabling, jbox, tray work associated with this work. Also update / redline 'as built' drawings.
Work is to be completed during week 6 in 2019 and week 11 in 2019 (150 hour shut duration) for screenhouse 5 and screenhouse 6 Port B and in accordance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications, as a minimum.
Works also includes:
- pre shut works;
- execution of replacement;
- commissioning;
- isolation;
- clean up; and
- reporting of findings.
