Tender Description
Public Trustee seeks to create a panel of pre-qualified residential property inspection service providers. Suppliers appointed to the pre-qualified panel must have the capacity to undertake (or subcontract to undertake) pest inspections. All work is to be carried out in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards. Properties managed by Public Trustee are located throughout Metropolitan Adelaide, Greater Adelaide, country SA and interstate. Suppliers may submit offers for whole regions or specific sub-regions, as per the Part B Specification Document.
