Tender Description
The Library is seeking to establish a Standing Panel of qualified contractor(s) to provide scanning, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and content analysis of images scanned from hardcopy or microfilmed newspapers to support searching of texts, articles, headlines, authors, illustrations, advertisements and other items of interest within individual pages through the Library's Trove service.
