The Library is seeking to establish a Standing Panel of qualified contractor(s) to provide Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and content analysis of images scanned from books, journals or newspapers to support searching of texts, chapters, articles, headlines, authors, illustrations, advertisements and other items of interest within individual pages through the Library's Trove service.
