Potential upcoming tender opportunity

The Queensland Government, acting through the Department of Housing and Public Works - Building and Asset Services will be releasing an invitation to offer (ITO) on behalf of Cairns and Hinterland Hospital, Health Services inviting contractors to submit an offer for the following project within the Far North Queensland region:

Project: Cairns Base Hospital, D Block – Level 6, Mental Health Unit Fit-Out

Scope:
* The project will be a Traditional contract involving:
* Complete fit-out in the shell space of Block D
* Entry zone with reception, toilet, interview room and airlock
* Ten LDU beds
* Ten PICU beds
* One sensory modulation room
* One seclusion room
* Shared Clinical Support areas including offices, meeting rooms, treatment rooms and associated circulation space
* Staged hydraulic works and associated building fabric
* PQC Level 3 required

Invitation to Offer

The ITO (tender) is anticipated to go to market on the Building and Asset Services eTender website https://www.hpw.qld.gov.au/bas/etener/ in November 2018.
