Energy Queensland is seeking submissions from Respondents on behalf of its subsidiary Yurika Pty Ltd with the proven capability, experience and resources to be included on Preferred Contractor Panel (PCP). Panel Number 10538 will be for the provision of State-wide Design and Engineering Services, focusing on the detailed design components of specific projects. The Panel may also be used to provide specialist or other related design works associated with Yurika’s infrastructure projects.

Applicants will be required to deliver some or all of the following four (4) parts below:

PART 1 - HV Substation Design (11kV to 275kV)
1.1 Substation Primary Design, plant specification and layout design
1.2 Substation Secondary Systems circuitry design and equipment selection
1.3 Protection Design, Settings and Configurations
1.4 SCADA Design and Configurations
1.5 Other HV Substation Design Services (Capabilities as nominated by Respondent)

PART 2 - Substation Civil and Structural Design
2.1 Bulk earthworks and civil engineering
2.2 Structural design for structures supporting HV infrastructure
2.3 Substation drainage and associated studies
2.4 Development of specifications
2.5 Switchroom and control room structural design
2.6 Inspections
2.7 Other Substation Civil and Structural Design Services (Capabilities as nominated by Respondent)

PART 3 - HV Distribution / Transmission Design (11kV to 275kV, overhead and underground)
3.1 Electrical Design
3.2 Mechanical and Structural Design
3.3 Other HV Distribution / Transmission Design Services (Capabilities as nominated by Respondent)

PART 4 – Ad Hoc Services
4.1 Drafting and relief engineering support for specific projects
4.2 Other Ad Hoc Services (Capabilities as nominated by Respondent)
