Contractors: Expressions of Interest Faith Lutheran College, Plainland invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors for the Proposed Stage 9A & 9B construction works at their school in Plainland, QLD. Project works include: A new Sports Hall building consisting of a double court, 3 teaching spaces, staff offices, store rooms, fitness gym, amenities building, small waste treatment plant, fire pumps and tanks, covered outdoor space, site service infrastructure, external pathways and landscaping.
Tenders will be issued late January 2019 for a proposed construction commencing March 2019. Please provide a concise summary of previous relevant experience, current capacity, value of similar projects and referees.
