Tender Description
This specification provides for works related to inspection of steel tower paint / coatings and the sampling, testing, analysis and reporting of any asbestos based material taken from selected steel tower transmission line structures across TransGrid's state wide transmission line network.
TransGrid is seeking to engage a proven experienced and qualified service provider to assist TransGrid in completing this work. The compiled results from the sample analysis will determine the extent and location of chrysotile asbestos on TransGrid's assets and will provide an update to TransGrid's asset management database records.
The results will need to be compiled in a specified format for the specific location on the tower member.
