Mackay Hospital B Block Air Conditioning Replacement and Mould Remediation

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for a Building Contractor for the Mackay Hospital B Block Air Conditioning Replacement and Mould Remediation project.

In order to be eligible for this tender all tenderers must be suitably prequalified to PQC level 2 or higher.

The scope of the Project generally includes but is not limited to:

The demolition of existing mechanical services systems, ventilation systems and existing DX plant in stages and the supply, installation and commissioning for the replacement of the existing mechanical services systems at the Children’s, Maternity, Labour and Birthing Suites – B and N Blocks at the Mackay Base Hospital.

The scope includes the provision of all plant, materials, equipment and labour required to replace the existing mechanical services.
