Enquiries seeking clarification of any details relating to; the Invitation to Tender, the Conditions of Tendering, the Tender Documents or any other general enquiries can be directed to the Shire’s Executive Manager of Technical Services, Mrs Angela Hoy, ph. 0429 817 010 or email emts@wiluna.wa.gov.au

Tenders must contain all the requested information and be submitted in the form prescribed in the RFT document, in PDF format uploaded to the Shire’s tender portal. Alternatively, paper tenders may be hand-delivered by the tenderer to the tender box located in the Shire’s office at 70 Wotton Street Wiluna.

Tenders by fax or email will not be accepted. Do not send tenders by post or courier as they will be rejected if they are not received before the closing time.

Tenders must be submitted by 2pm WST on Monday 26th November 2018. Late tenders will be rejected without consideration of their merits.

The Council will not necessarily accept the lowest or any tender.
