Tender Description
The scope of the services of a production chemistry consultant to assist with the selection process. This consultant is to act as an independent body to the shortlisted vendors. Scope of supply as noted below.
* Pre-operations Support (Detail Design Phase)
Outcomes / deliverables for the production chemistry consultant:
Early detail design (mid 2019)
* Review of RFQ data issued to chemical suppliers
* Conduct independent review of supplier proposals received.
* Gap analysis of supplier proposals against latest P&ID, PFD, H&M balance etc
* Conduct technical clarifications with vendors
* Create technical bid evaluation and technical recommendations for award
After award of chemical contracts (2020 / 21, ad-hoc as required)
* Review of the chemical application manual (developed by selected chemical suppliers)
* Review of supporting procedures (developed by selected chemical suppliers)
* Review of other items related to supply of chemicals to the Barossa FPSO
* Contract Award 2019 (*); Services – As mentioned above
