Barossa Offshore Project FPSO FEED Competition - Lease and Operate Option - Mercury Removal & Disposal

⁠⁠⁠The scope of mercury removal by non-regenerative adsorption, to reduce the concentration in the FEED gas, and disposal requirements are segregated under main categories as noted below.
* Pre-operations Support (Detail Design Phase)

Outcomes / deliverables for detail design:
* Review of system design for mercury removal system, including:
* P&ID for the MRU system
* MRU vessel general arrangement drawings
* Overall facility layout for the mercury removal module, including laydown and handling provisions
* Advice on overall system configuration, particularly with regard to sampling and monitoring
* Advice on monitoring the progression of the mass transfer zone
* Development of mercury management plans and procedures, in MODEC’s templates
* Participation in risk assessment workshops (Assume 1 week, with travel to Singapore)
* Pre-operations Support (Construction Phase)

Outcomes / deliverables for construction phase:
* Review status of mercury procedures developed during detail design and revise as required
* Conduct mercury awareness training (Perth)
* Allow for ten sessions spread across several weeks
* Adsorbent Changeout (Operations Phase)

Outcomes / deliverables for operations phase:
* Provide turnkey removal and replacement services, including:
* Project management
* Provide work pack for the work
* Procurement of replacement adsorbent to the stated specification
* Supply competent personnel with offshore qualifications
* (MSIC, BOSIET, OGUK medical etc)
* Equipment hire, including all hoppers, offshore rated containers, lifting equipment, staging, vacuum extraction systems, etc
* All required PPE / consumables
* Conduct all material handling of the material during planned shutdown
* Fill of vessels with new adsorbent to the required levels
* Cleaning / decontamination services
* Bulk waste disposal (Supply boat provided by MODEC, ex Darwin port)
* Consumables waste disposal
* Full chain of custody of all materials to an approved mercury recycling plant
* Provide closeout report
* Contract Award 2021 (*); Operations 2022 (*) onwards
