The scope of Supply for Boiler and Closed Loop Chemicals requirements are segregated under 4 main categories as noted below.
* Pre-operations Support (Detail Design Phase) – Boiler and closed loop

* Review of boiler dosing package design, prepared by others
* Input into chemical application manual
* Development of a testing matrix outlining test parameters, frequencies and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Development of all boiler sampling, testing and monitoring procedures in MODEC’s template
* Development of closed loop sampling, testing and monitoring procedures in MODEC’s template
* Development of chemical dashboard to trend dosing and test results
* Selection of appropriate lab equipment and technical recommendation for purchase (procurement by MODEC)
* Chemical Supply (Operations Phase) - Boiler

Outcomes / deliverables:
* Provision of technical support and chemicals required to maintain boiler integrity
* Minimise chemical exposure risk to people and the environment
* Timely supply of chemicals to maintain boiler continuous uptime

* Routine audit and oversight of chemical injection and test regime (daily activities are conducted by MODEC crew)
* Office based audit: Monthly or as recommended by vendor
* Offshore audit: Quarterly or as recommended by vendor
* Technical advice related to the boiler chemical regime (as required)
* Chemical Supply (Operations Phase) – Closed Loop Systems

Outcomes / deliverables:
* Provision of technical support and chemicals required to maintain closed loop integrity (heating medium, cooling medium)
* Minimise chemical exposure risk to people and the environment
* Timely supply of chemicals to maintain closed loop uptime

MODEC would employ a utility operators / production chemist to implement the chemical testing and monitoring regime in the field.
