Tender Description
LandCorp is seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified WA builders with capability to develop housing solutions suited to difficult site conditions. Once selected, a group of builders will be invited to participate in future opportunities for Demonstration Housing Projects.
The overall project objectives are as follows:
* Address any potential future shortages of land with Class A soils;
* Address the sloping site conditions in a number of our developments;
* Identify housing designs suited to sites with natural topography and a range of soil conditions;
* Minimise reliance on retaining walls, cut and fill;
* Reduce cost of earthworks, and
* Provide market acceptable housing designs at a competitive price.
