Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of a new two-storey General Learning Centre at Kawana Waters State College located at 119 Sportsmans Parade, Bokarina, QLD, 4575 (Sunshine Coast Region).
Eligible contractors must be registered with PQC with a minimum rating of Level 3.
Tender documentation is available from Turner & Townsend Thinc (Project Managers) and will only be made available to eligible contractors. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 7 th November, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Please nominate attendees via email to georgina.stocks@ttthinc.com by 12 midday Monday, 5th November, 2018. Attendees are to meet at the school Administration building five minutes prior for registration.
Submissions close on Tuesday, 27th November, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at Turner & Townsend Thinc, Level 13, 140 Creek Street, Brisbane, QLD, 4000.
