Tender Description
The Shire of Halls Creek is located in The Kimberley, Western Australia. Our main office and most of our public buildings and facilities are in the town of Halls Creek, located on the Great Northern Highway between Broome (684 km) and Kununurra (360 km).
The Shire is seeking the services of a suitably experienced records management consultant to:
* complete a Risk Assessment for the implementation of an electronic documents records system including lodging a response to the State Records Office's (SRO) questions, comments and requests for further information; and
* review the Shire of Halls Creek's Recordkeeping Plan and provide a report of the review to the State Records Commission by 21 March 2019; and
* provide training to the Principal's Records Manager and one other staff member on the retention and disposal of source records in accordance with the General Disposal Authority for Local Government Records

Tenders close at 4.00 pm AWST on 21st November 2018 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Shire of Halls Creek is not bound to accept the lowest priced Quotation or all or any part of a Quotation and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Quotation process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
