Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) Replacement Feasibility Study - Cape Lambert A

⁠⁠⁠Scope of Work:

To undertake a feasibility study for the replacement of the existing PLC's (GE) to new Schneider Electric PLC's across the CLA facility. CLA has approximately 30 PLC's requiring replacement. The consultant shall provide the required deliverables to exeute the change out program. The below outlines some of the deliverables expected for these services.

The scope will entail:

* Site survey work
* Requirements spectificaiton
* System Architecture design
* Basis of Design Documentation
* Functional specifications
* Drawings
* Cut over sequencing
* Project documentation:
* Project Execution Plan
* Schedule
* Contract formation documents
* Deliverables list
