Waverley Council invites quotations for the carrying out of Consultancy Services:
1. To provide technical advice and devise technical specifications for an effective asset management and works management system
2. to assist in the development of tender documentation and provide advice on tender responses.
Services will be performed in two stages, initially providing assessment and technical advice to council on effective market available solutions, in consideration of its strategic and operational objectives. Secondly, services will be required to develop detailed procurement documentation, conduct the tender process and assist with tender responses.
