Tender Description

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of the administration building extension at Gaven State School, located at 212 Universal St, Oxenford 4210 as part of the School Subsidy Scheme (SSS).

The administration building extension consists of constructing a new area that includes a work space area, office space and associated roofing structure.

Due to the nature of the building, works are to commence at the start of the summer school holidays which is on 17 December 2018. Works are expected to carry over on the new school year which starts on the 29 January 2019. All works are to be completed by 20 February 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
