This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠The Office of Township Leasing (OTL) requires a complete replacement of the existing ICT solution using existing off-the-shelf products and a case and customer relationship management platform that will be configured to implement the OTL’s business processes, information capture, automation and reporting requirements.

The Office of Township Leasing (OTL) requires a supplier to develop an ICT solution, providing consistency of operational processing, ensuring validity of data, ensuring compliance can adequately be met and providing comprehensive reporting, with minimal ICT ongoing costs.

The solution requires the following:
1. Customer Service and Case Management as the key capability.
2. Documents, Correspondence and Recordkeeping capability.
3. Must support data/entities unique to OTL’s function and capable of supporting OTL’s business processes and integration with overall IT environment e.g. Property Management.
4. Solution operated in a SaaS model.
5. Data owned by OTL and residing in Australia only.

Funding to replace the current ICT system must be expended by 30 June 2018.
