Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Water Cartage (Dust Suppression)

⁠⁠⁠19008 - The scope of this Pre-qualification is the haulage of bulk raw water to service Council’s delivery program, otherwise known as Water Cartage (i.e. listed equipment and operator), to supplement Council’s own resources (people and plant). Works may be undertaken in both rural and urban localities and across multiple facets of Council’s operations. Council will predominantly engage Water Cartage Contractors to provide dust suppression services.

Within the Water Cartage Tender Response, Contractors are invited to nominate one or more location/s across the region in which they would like to be considered for work, and will be asked to provide details of the plant, equipment and operators they have available. This will also assist in the case of emergency, as Council will have ready access to equipment across the region.

Contractors must ensure that in providing any of the Services requested by Council that all the requirements for those Services are addressed and delivered as described in the Specification.

It is Council’s intention to select a range of Contractors to service the Maranoa Regional Council area.
