Construction of Charbon Village Sewer System

⁠⁠⁠RFT 2018/28 - -Western Regional Council requests that suitably qualified contractors, supply a tender price for the construction of a reticulated sewer system, transfer sewer pump station and rising main for the village of Charbon.

Charbon is approximately 2 kilometres south of Kandos, via the Bylong Valley Way. Kandos is 65 kilometres South East of Mudgee.

Council has a full design supplied by NSW Public Works and Services (NSW PW&S) for a gravity sewer reticulation, one transfer station and rising main to Kandos sewer reticulation system. Council also has a draft plan for a low pressure reticulation system in the village, incorporating NSW PW&S design for the transfer station and rising main to Kandos sewer reticulation system.
