⁠⁠⁠Barcaldine Regional Council offers the following building for sale, reclaim and removal by expressions of interest:

Aramac Showgrounds, Aramac 4726 – 15 x 8.5m

Expressions close on Monday 20 November 2018 at 12 noon with the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 191 Barcaldine 4725 or email to tenders@barc.qld.gov.au

Council may decide not to accept any expressions it receives. However if Council does decide to accept a tender, it will accept the tender most advantageous to it, having regard to the sound contracting principles.

The successful tenderer must have the building removed no later than Monday 17th December 2018.

Includes internal fittings and fixtures. Unsupervised inspections on-site.
